Use of data posted on the website

The purpose of this website is to gather content in the unique purpose of producing the memory book oh the year (the Yearbook). The information posted on this website (pictures,quotes,articles...) will be only reachable by students. 1Year1Book will not use this information in a context other than creating the yearbooks which are only intended for the students.

Breach of privacy

Any data (article, quote, picture) posted may be removed at any time on a simple request of a user if this latter considers it as a breach of his privacy. He will just have to send his request to a member of the YearBook team who will be in charge of destroying the data.

Image reproduction rights

Any person posting a picture is committed to have the right to do it : he must have the approval of every person who appears on the picture, and the picture must absolutely not infringe on anyone.

Data content

The user of the website is the only one responsible for the content (texts, pictures, polls, files, and so on.) that he posts on the website. In particular, he commits himself not to post any message that is obscene, vulgar, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, offensive, infringing the right to personality (right to respect for privacy, image reproduction right, right to professional secrecy), to the security of people and possessions and to the intellectual property code or contrary to the laws and regulations in force.

Minors

During the organization of competitions and challenges on the site, minors have the right to participate in acceptance of their legal representatives. The trips to France and exits outside French territory can not be attributed to minors.

Accounts

Access to the website is done through personals password and username. It belongs to the user to keep them safely in order to avoid a breach in his privacy (which would fall under the responsibility of the user).

Control and regulations

In case of non-compliance with the rules set out here, the members of the YearBook team may choose to destroy temporarily or permanently a user's account, or to reduce his available features.

Limits of responsibility

The user undertakes to ensure that the content he published is not of a nature to prejudice the legitimate interests of third parties whatever they are, he guarantees 1Year1Book against all appeals based directly or indirectly on these comments and his user content, likely to be brought by anyone against 1Year1Book. He is committed in particular to take over to the payment of the sums, whatever they may be, resulting from the use of a third party against 1Year1Book, including attorney's fees and costs of justice.
